For Sale - Forever Friends Best of British CD

£15.00
p&p free (UK Only)
rrp £19.95

I recently purchased this in a set of 3, always with the intention of selling it on.  I'm not a huge Forever Friends fan but I know that they are popular.

I do have a couple of Docrafts Digital Designer CD's and can vouch for their excellent quality.  You don't need any program to run this, as the first time you insert one of these discs, it will download their very, very simple to use Designer Software.  If you purchase other CD's in the future, it will just add them direct to your library and you can mix and match.  You can also add your own photo's

This CD is brand new- the seal is unbroken as you can see in the second photo.

Just to show how simple it is to use, I have created this very quick scrapbook page using the Portobello Road CD.   The quality of the photo isn't that brilliant because I'm almost out of ink, but I did this in just under 15 minutes - it's that simple to use.

If you have any other questions or you would like to purchase it from me, please email me and I will give you my paypal address.

Thanks for stopping by.  :o) xx

Here comes the sun....at last!!!

Isn't summer just wonderful when it finally arrives?  I have had the most wonderful few days.  We broke up on Friday and I came home with lots of very lovely pressies from children in my class (HUGE thanks to all those very generous Mums and Dads!).  I did feel a little sad that I had to say "Tata" to my lovely little girlies who I have supported all year, but I know they're both moving on to bigger and better.  A few weeks ago I announced that I had been successful in bagging myself a permanent TA post which I am really excited about.  However, where an opening like this occurs, it means that we're having to say goodbye to one of my most favourite people.  Our lovely Chris took early retirement on Friday and I used this week's Midweek Magnolias theme which is a photo inspiration to make her card.  Here is the yummy photo:

Isn't it just gorgeous!!  I adore the dusky pinks and creams with the chocolate brown and pearls!  It's got lace and hearts and swirls and roses..... it's got the lot!!  And here is the card I made using this pic as my inspiration:
I made the bg myself using stamps and sequin waste and the sentiment was made on my computer, inspired by my lovely friend and teamie, Suzi!  I'm going to show this off at MDUC too as their theme this week is Fun with Paper Doilies.

For the staff I made a few of these tealight candle cards:

The beach huts are my own drawing.  I adore beach huts but I wanted some "shabby" one's so had to resort to making my own.  The tealights are vanilla scented and perfect for my seaside project.  Unfortunately though, I bought these earlier in the year from Morrisons when they were beginning to launch their Jubilee paraphanalia and I only bought the one pack.  I wish I'd bought more now, but they're not available any more :o(

I've just got back from a lovely long weekend in Devon and we spent a fab afternoon at the beach in Dawlish, so with the smell of salty air still fresh in my nostrils, the blazing sun in the sky and a few lovely relaxing weeks ahead of me, I am going to get my pencils out and do some more sketching.  There's a lot of jobs to do before the end of the holidays, but I fully intend to spend some of this precious time on myself!

Hope you're having lovely weather where you are.  Please go visit my lovely friends over at Midweek Magnolias and see some of the amazing projects they're created this week to tempt you to playing along.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great week :o) xx

Fun and games!

Good morning blogland.  Oh it's all fun and games round here right now.  Everyone seems to be in end of term hysteria and we're ticking off the hours to 3.15pm on Friday!  Some of my lovely colleagues who work less hours than me have this manic tone to their laughter which I find really amusing.  No doubt I sound just as crazy as they do because I certainly feel it! LOL!  With only hours to go I am starting to panic a little as there is still so much to do.  Usually by now I have reached the stage where I can start to sit back and chill a little, but my little brain is in overdrive and I have resorted to List Mode!  My notebook is fast filling up with things to do by tomorrow (I discount Friday because if it hasn't happened by then, it's too late!! LOL!).

Although I am really looking forward to the summer holiday (if we ever get a summer, that is!) I am really excited about starting my new job in September.  At the same time I do feel a little sad that I won't be doing one-to-one work any more, I have never had a job that has given me so much pleasure as the job I have been doing for the last 3 years.  However, my young charge is moving on and I wanted to make her a card to wish her luckand happiness at her new school, and this is it:

I made this using our theme of Elegance over at Midweek Magnolias this week.  My little lady adores her ballet lessons and loves taking part in performances and she always looks so elegant in her tutu.  I also wanted to keep it asfuss-free as possible as she's only a little girl, and she doesn't like clutter.

Anyway, that is my lot for today.  Please pop into Midweek Magnolias and say Hi to my lovely, lovely teamies who have been creating special pieces just to inspire you.  They truly are the most lovely team of girls in the whole of blogland and when their fingers get to work, magic happens!  Go see!

Thanks for stopping by, hope the sun is shining where you are! :o) xx

Time Flies By!

Oh Lord, I am way behind again!  We're about to hit Countdown at school - just a few more 'real' lessons to go then it's all various activities. I'm all over the place at the moment.  I'm flitting around from one school to another because I am involved with three school transfers for September.  My eldest goes off to High School, my youngest goes off to Grammar School and my young charge is going off to another school and I will be supporting during the transfer.  Next week therefore is filled with visits to schools all over the place!

However, This week I have been creating for the two challenge blogs that I am a teamie for.  First up is Stamp with Fun and this week we have a fabulous sketch:
and here is my card that I made using this sketch:

It's like looking in a mirror!! ROFL!!!!  (in my dreams!)  Isn't she just gorgeous!  My other lovely teamies over at Stamp with Fun have made some absolutely amazing inspirational samples, so PLEASE pop over and take a peek for yourself and play along.  This is such a fun sketch!

Over at Midweek Magnolias this week the theme is Happy Birthday!  We are expecting a huge turnout this week as this is such a popular theme, and I have to say, the winners of the fantastic Mystery Prizes that Magnolia have been sending out to our random winners have been sooooo worth it!  I have received emails from the lucky winners telling me what they've recieved and I cannot believe how generous Magnolia have been!  We are so grateful for their support!  And this time "IT COULD BE YOU!" but you have to be in it to win it!

My fabulous teamies on Team A have created another batch of sensational samples - please pop over to see them if you haven't done so already!  I made this Milk Carton for my sample:

and in case you're thinking "What's that got to do with birthdays?"

I am going to fill it with handmade shortbread fingers and give it to my friend for her birthday later this month!

Right, conscience salved (slightly!) - time to feed my poor, starving children!  Whoever thought of only putting 24 hours in a day had to be a man because I know of no woman who can manage to fit everything she has to do in that short time!!!! LOL!

Thanks for stopping by, and please go and visit my lovely teamies in blogland!  :o) xx
