I have got cause for celebration though as my card in the November issue of Beautiful Cards achieved 'Star Letter' status (YIPPEE!) for which I received a fabulous Christmas pack of Heat it Up Tinsel Embossing Powders, some gorgeous Rubber Soul Winter Solstice 8 x 8 cardstock which I immediately used up because I was really excited by them, and a few other bits and bobs.
The card uses a Magnolia image from Christmas 2006 - this is one of my all-time favourites because I use it for birthdays, christmas, and just general 'Hi!' cards, as in this case. All the papers are HOTP from their Citrus pack and this image was built by stamping onto various papers and assembled a la decoupage - a process I don't normally undertake because I find it quite tedious, but for some reason I find very therapeutic with these stamps!
Thanks for looking in! :o)
awww, this is adorable Anne.
